| Abstract: | The proposition design of national judicial examination should aim at testing the examinees on their necessary legal expertise and their professional ability.In the last eight years,national judicial examinations were designed to test on the memory for relative law provisions,which cannot reach the goal of the examination.Therefore,the existing method and content of the proposition design must be changed.On the one hand,the test should be focused on the basic theoretical knowledge of law science.On the other hand,test on law provisions should be reduced to focus on testing the ability of the examinees.Only in this way,can the two objectives of the judicial examination be accomplished. |
