| Abstract: | In recent years,"loyalty agreements"signed by couples to ensure the other part not to derail leads to many legal disputes in academic and judicial circles.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the effectiveness of"Loyal agreement of marriage and it not only balances the interests of client,but also corrects misunderstanding,and unifies the judgment standard in judicial practices,promoting harmony of marriage and social stability.This paper concludes that"Loyal agreement"of marriage is invalid from the point of our existing law and society and the duty of loyalty in marriage should be adjusted by the morals. |
