| Abstract: | The solid level of young teachers' teaching basic skill in universities ideological and political theory course directly impact on the teaching effect on the ideals and beliefs of college students.Based on this,this article clarifies the meaning of young teachers' teaching basic skills,analyzes objectively the actual performance and the specific causes of the lack of teaching basic skills.In order to promote teaching interactions and achieve teaching objectives,we should strengthen young teachers' teaching basic skill training from multiple paths such as consolidating the knowledge of teaching basic skills,strengthening teaching basic skill training and enhancing basic teaching ability. |
