| 摘 要： | 在当今信息化、网络化高速发展的时代,基于网络环境下的课程建设,既是历史的选择,又是现代教育发展的趋势。现代远程开放教育网络课程的建构,不仅要坚持教学内容的开放性,而且要实现教育技术手段的现代化。本文结合《地域文化.青海省情》网络课程的设计与建构问题,重点围绕IP课件、拓展资源和教学互动三个方面进行了论述。
