| 摘 要： | 在清末新政所涉及的诸多领域中,教育改革是各项改革措施中成就较为显著的一项内容。而清末近代教育行政体制的建立,则是整个教育改革中至关重要的一环,居于提纲挈领的地位。面对新式学堂的陆续举办、教育事务的日趋繁杂,传统的教育管理体制早已不堪重负。当政者唯有应时而变、破旧立新,建立适应时代需要的新型教育行政体制也就势在必行。安徽近代教育行政体制正是诞生于这一时代背景下。作为晚清的一部地方政书,《皖政辑要》从多个方面,全面展示了清末安徽的这一制度变迁,对于我们认识清末教育改革的复杂性和多样性具有重要的学术价值。
