| 摘 要： | 搭建高校关工委工作平台对高校充分发挥老同志的力量具有重大作用,而目前高校关工委开展工作普遍存在的困难和问题,若采取以＂师带徒＂的形式由关工委老同志对口指导年轻的学生辅导员,搭建帮、传、带的桥梁,可在大学生思想政治教育、心理健康辅导、校园文化建设、奖贷助困工作、就业指导等方面发挥重要作用。
