| 摘 要： | 城市规划主体理论是城市规划理论研究的基础。主要从行政法学角度探讨当前城市规划主体理论及其相关制度存在主体混乱庞杂与＂利益相关方＂难以介入城市规划决策的困境;反思与重构了和谐城市规划主体制度主要应当调整政府主体的角色定位、城市规划委员会的职能定位。
