| Abstract: | On the basis of clarifying the concept of sports culture and combing the sports culture development course, this paper thinks that the sports culture has the function of realizing the sports goal, promoting national exchanges and cooperation, impro- ving the quality of the mass aesthetic, resisting social bad behavior, fostering fair values and so on, aimed at providing the refer- ence for further recognizing the sports value, bringing the sports culture into full play and promoting the harmonious develop- ment of society. |
