| 摘 要： | 近些年来，随着高职院校招生规模的扩大，学生人数越来越多，学生党员人数也越来越多，大多数高职院校存在学生党员发展较快、较多，但学生党员质量不高；只重视对入党积极分子培训教育，而对学生党员队伍的教育不足；在进行党性教育时，学习模式过于单一；重发展，轻管理，轻教育等问题。如何解决当前高职院校学生党建工作，通过笔者对一些高职院校进行问卷调查分析。提出党建工作要从学校领导对学生党建工作的认识和重视、学生党建工作队伍的建设、学生党员培训制度和理论学习制度等方面着手，加强高职院校学生党建工作。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the expansion of the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges, the number of students is more and more, more and more the number of student party members, the development of student party members in most of the vocational colleges is rapid, but the quality is not high; only to attach importance to the educational training of party activists, lack of education on student party members. When carrying out party spirit education there are some issues such as the single learning models, emphasis on the development, light management and education etc. How to solve the current work of party building of the students in vocational colleges, according to ques- tionnaire analysis, the work of party building from the school leadership understanding and appreciation of the work of student party construc- tion, the work of party construction team building, student party training aspects of systems and theories of learning system, strengthening the work of party building of the students in vocational colleges. |
