漯河市区声环境质量现状及变化趋势分析

摘    要:在分析评价漯河市城区2011-2012年交通噪声和区域环境噪声质量现状的基础上,运用y=a+blnt和y=a+b/t噪声预测模型分别对城区2013-2015年交通噪声和区域环境噪声质量变化趋势进行了预测,预测结果表明,漯河市城区交通噪声平均等效声级呈逐年降低的趋势,至2015年市区交通噪声等效声级为64.5 dB(A),符合《声环境质量标准》(GB3096-2008)三类标准,低于四类(交通干线两侧)噪声标准5.5 dB(A);区域环境噪声未来几年变化趋势不明显,2015年预测值55.0 dB(A),符合GB3096-2008一类标准。在此基础上,提出了进一步改善声环境质量状况的对策和措施。

Abstract:On the basis of evaluating the traffic noise and regional environmental noise during the year 2011 to 2012 in urban districts of Luohe,the evolutionary potential of traffic noise and regional environmental noise of the year 2013 to 2015 is predicted by applying noise prediction models of y = a + blnt and y = a + b / t.The prediction results indicated that the average equivalent sound level of traffic noise in urban districts of Luohe would show a decreasing trend in the next years.In the year 2015,the equivalent sound level of traffic noise in urban districts would be 64.5 dB(A),which meets class 3standard of Environmental Quality Standard for Noise(GB3096-2008) and it is lower than class 4(both sides of traffic trunks) noise standard of 5.5 dB(A).The prediction results of equivalent sound level of regional environmental noise in the next years does not show an obvious trend,and the prediction value of the year 2015 is 55.0 dB(A),which meets class 1standard of GB3096-2008.At the last part of this paper,the countermeasures of improving acoustic environmental quality were proposed.
