摘    要:教育生态学主要研究教育与其周围生态环境相互作用的规律,从教育生态学的角度去研究教育信息化中出现的问题,教师的适应性能力直接影响技术的进化,教师作为"关键物种"对整个教育生态系统有重要作用和影响,可以通过改造限制因子保护教师的生态位,促进教师和技术的共同进化,达到教育生态系统的新平衡。

Abstract:The educational ecology is a subject concerning the study of the rules of interaction between education and its environment.To the problems emerged in educational informatization,this paper inducts the theory of educational ecology,points out that teachers'adaptive capacity influence directly to the technology evolution,analyzes that as the "keystone species",teachers play an extraordinarily important role in the whole ecosystem.For the purposes of reaching a new equilibrium,it gives some suggestion to protect teacher's niche and promote the evolution between teacher and technology.
