| 摘 要： | 和谐教育是从满足社会发展需要和学生身心发展需要的统一出发。调控教育中诸要素的关系，使教育的节奏符合学生发展的节律，进而使“教”与“学”产生谐振效应，促进学生基本素质获得全面、和谐、充分发展的教育。高校是瑶养人才的基地，肩负着培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的任务，和谐社会中的高校如何构建，如何将政治的民主和教育的和谐结合起来从而相得益彰，这是本文着眼的基本点。

| Abstract: | Harmonious education is to meet the need of the development of the society and students' physically and psychologically,to regulate the relations between the factors of the education and make the rhythm of education apply to the students' development.It contributes to the harmonious development of teaching and learning that lead to the comprehensive,harmonious and thorough development of students' basis qualities.Colleges and universities are the bases of talent cultivation shouldering the heavy burden of cultivating the able and loyal socialism builders and successors.How to construct the harmonious campus in the society and to combine the political democracy with the harmonious education are the topic of this paper. |
