| 摘 要： | 依据网络文化在我国转型时期的多元共存、三点一线互动,较详细分析了青少年网络犯罪的具体表现。且指出:网络不良文化对我国青少年犯罪有着极大的影响,网络文化控制与建设,是现在和以后很长一段时间预防和治理青少年犯罪的关键。

| Abstract: | In the transition period of China,network culture exhibits the properties of multi-element coexistence and three-point-on-line interaction.By analyzing the behaviors of juvenile network delinquencies,the author points out that harmful network culture influences juvenile delinquency significantly.The control and construction of network culture is and will be the key to the control and management of juvenile delinquency. |
