| 摘 要： | 为了探析福建省青少年运动员运动竞赛动机水平,对参加福建省第14届青少年运动会的569名青少年运动员进行问卷调查.研究结果表明：（1）福建省青少年运动员的整体竞技动机水平比较高;（2）男运动员的社会认可水平显著高于女运动员;（3）不同运动专项训练年限的运动员竞技动机不具显著性差异;（4）运动水平越高的青少年运动员社会认可竞技动机水平越高;（5）文化程度为初中的青少年运动员努力取向动机强于高中或中专文化程度的运动员.
