| 摘 要： | 以个性化信息服务和检索技巧培训为主线,利用文献资料法和分析归纳法,根据信息需求理论,结合超市理念,探讨了信息服务超市模式在高校图书馆参考咨询服务中的运用,以期为高校图书馆参考咨询服务改革和提高服务质量提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Taking the theme of individual information service and retrieval skilling training as the main streams,taking advantage of the literature and analytical induction methods,according to demand theory of information,combining supermarket's idea discusses the applying of information service supermarket in university library reference service,This paper can provide some reference for the reform of university library reference service and the improvement of service quality. |
