| 摘 要： | 选取海藻酸钠作载体,以氯化钙为固化剂,利用包埋法制备固定化酵母细胞,经增殖发酵后,测定其产赖氨酸的量。本文报道了载体浓度、固化剂浓度、培养基浓度以及其PH值等因素对固定化酵母产赖氨酸影响的系列试验和结果。找出了最好的包埋方法和发酵条件。

| Abstract: | Taken Solidium alginate as carrier and CaCl2 as solidified agents,lysine output can be determined with the use of solidified yeast cells which are made from burying method and then are fermented through the multiplication. The essay discusses a series of tests which the factors of the carrier density .solidified agent density, medium and PH value influence the capacity of lysine production solidified yeasts. A best burying method and ferment conditon can be found. |
