| Abstract: | By analysing the students' life-index of their weight, height and waist measurement, this essay sets up a linear model for forecasting 50 meters and 800 meters sports achievements using main component regression analysis. In this way, it provides help for the students to improve their sports results when they do daily exercise on purpose. |
