摘    要:立足于词汇法的教学新理念,结合阅读教学实践,指出教师应增强学生的词块意识,扩大学生词汇量和提高学生阅读能力。由此还提出了相应的教学对策,主张以调整阅读教学来提高学生的阅读质量。

Abstract:In the light of the prominent English reading problem of college students, namely the small vocabulary, and based on the new teaching concept of the Lexieal Approach, this paper points out that students' consciousness of lexical chunks should be raised so as to enlarge their vocabulary. It puts forward some teaching strategies to enhance students' consciousness of lexical chunks and improve their English reading competence.
