| 摘 要： | 与师范生“城市八周实习模式”相比，师范生下乡实习支教模式有利于实习生教师意识的养成、教学技能的提高、正确人生观价值观的树立，也有利于提高农村教育教学的质量。由于诸多客观条件限制，师范生下乡实习支教模式仍亟待完善。这种实习模式是教师教育的一场深刻变革，无论对学生发展还是对社会主义新农村建设、师范院校自身建设发展都有很大的助推作用。

| Abstract: | Compared to the prior practicing mode of ＂eight weeks＇ teaching practice in urban schools＂, the new mode of ＂going down to isolated rural places to aid teaching＂ is beneficial to the improving of educational quality in rural areas. Due to the limitations of many objective conditions, the new mode is not in a perfect way at present, but the emergence of this practicing mode forebodes an innovation in normal school education and it will push forward the primary and secondary education in rural areas. |
