| 摘 要： | 学分制的实施使高职院校的教学运作机制、教育管理机制、学生管理机制都发生了根本性的变化,一些传统的育人载体、途径和平台的作用不同程度地受到了削弱,对高职院校学生思想政治教育工作提出了挑战。在对上海市6所高职院校学生调查的基础上,分析了学分制条件下高职院校思想政治工作的现状和特点,以及改革思路,提出构建适应高职学生特点的思想政治工作体制、工作机制、队伍结构模式、活动内容、工作方法和评价方法,以形成高职院校全方位育人、全员育人、事事处处育人和教育双方双向互动育人的合力。

| Abstract: | The implementation of credit system make the teaching operational mechanism,educational management mechanism and student management mechanism change fundamentally,which alleviate the function of traditional education carrier,approach and platform and provide challenge for students' ideological and political education in higher vocational schools.Based on investigation on students in six higher vocational schools in Shanghai,the essay analyzed the status,characteristics and reform threads of ideological and political work in higher vocational schools under credit system,put forward the ideological and political work system,work mechanism,staff structure model,activity content,work method and evaluation method adaptable to the characteristics of higher vocational school students to form the resultant force of educating students omnidirectionally,anywhere and interactively by any event,whole-staff and dual-side of education. |
