| 摘 要： | 对于制造企业工艺创新动力源问题的研究有助于从根源上理解工艺创新这一复杂行为的产生动因,从而推动企业通过持续性工艺创新获得竞争优势。基于国内外现有研究成果,本文提出了IT驱动制造企业工艺创新产生的五个假设。在此基础上构建了IT进步、IT设备供应商、政府IT政策、IT范围经济、IT能力与工艺创新动力源关系的理论框架,并选择我国229家制造企业为研究对象,对所提假设运用结构方程模型(SEM)和AMOS17.0软件进行参数估计和模型修正。修正模型的结果表明五种IT动力源对工艺创新均具有积极的正向驱动作用,因此所提出的五个假设全部获得支持,但其驱动总效应不同,其中IT进步的驱动总效应最大,其他动力源按照驱动总效应递减顺序依次为IT范围经济、IT设备供应商、IT能力和政府IT政策。
