| 摘 要： | 大多数学者通过分析技术创新投入与产出来表述技术创新的作用。区别于以往把专利要素作为投入指标的研究,把专利分为申请与授权,同时分属投入与产出要素,并以此为基础研究各要素间相互关系。研究发现,R&D、专利与技术转让等技术创新要素不能全部作为内生变量使用。运用卡尔曼滤波的方法可以找到一种度量单一技术创新水平的指标,进而描述中国在经济发展过程中技术创新的演进路程,并证明目前中国的技术创新活动已经遇到了瓶颈。
