| 摘 要： | 2009年11月25日以来丰田汽车召回事件备受关注,这一事件反映出仅仅依靠汽车厂商的自觉性来保障汽车召回的有效实施是不够的。在政府、消费者、汽车厂商对汽车安全缺陷的认定存在争议时,中立检测机构能起到关键的作用。本文从汽车召回流程出发,对比了中日汽车召回流程的差异,相关检测机构特点和作用的不同,发现中国的汽车召回检测机构在中立性和权威性方面存在的问题,并以此提出改善建议。
