| 摘 要： | 社会化是每个人的归宿,大学生同样要完成社会化的目标.总体来说,大学生社会化内容分三个部分:内化社会文化;促进个性发展;形成社会角色.从具体方面来说,大学生必须实现六个方面的社会化:政治社会化、道德社会化、性别社会化、价值观念社会化、知识能力社会化和职业意识社会化.只有完成了这六个方面的社会化,大学生才能成功迈入职业社会.

| Abstract: | Socialization is everybody's end-result,university students need to finish the socialization goal too.On the whole,university student's socialization content is divided into three parts:absorb social culture;accelerate the development of individual character;form the social role.By the look of concrete respect,university students must realize the socialization of six respects:socialization of politics,socialization of moral,socialization of sex,socialization of values,socialization of knowledge and ability;socialization of occupation' consciousness.Having finished the socialization of these six respects,university students could succeed in marching towards the professional society. |
