| 摘 要： | 论述了科技查新概念不断发展、逐步完善的过程,归纳出科技查新具有多样的检索手段、广泛的服务范围、合法的查新程序、鉴证性的查新结论等特点,并指出科技查新在我国科研管理中的多种意义,同时阐述了科技查新的基本流程及应注意的有关问题。

| Abstract: | The article expounds the perfect course of the concept of the Sci-Tech novelty search, generalizes the main characteristics: diversity of the search means, extensive nature of the service scope, legality of the consultation procedure, and identity of the consultation conclusion, explains the importance of Sci-Tech novelty search in management of science research, the items establishment of scientific technology, the evaluation of science research accomplishment, the review of scientific items, induces the general technological progress and the related problem that we should pay attention to. |
