| 摘 要： | 手机在校园中的移动应用逐渐有升温的趋势,对于高校移动数字校园的建设还处于探索阶段,本文从技术发展和民族院校的实际需求角度展开分析,认为移动数字校园建设的时机已到.同时,从移动服务与移动学习两个角度探讨了民族院校移动数字校园建设思路,提出了具体的设计框架.

| Abstract: | The application of mobile phone on campus is on the rise while the construction of a mobile digital campus is in its initial stage.After analyzing technological development and the actual demand of ethnic universities,this paper points out that it is time to construct a mobile digital campus.Meanwhile,it discusses the construction in perspective of mobile service and mobile learning and finally designs a specific framework for it. |
