| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,随着全球性企业社会责任运动的蓬勃发展,传统的企业理论受到了强烈的挑战,企业社会责任已成为现代企业理论研究的一个重要领域.人们对何谓企业社会责任、企业为何承担社会责任、企业社会责任如何影响财务绩效、如何推动企业社会实务的发展等基本问题进行了大量研究.本文试图厘清国内外学术界对这些问题的研究现状、贡献及有待进一步研究的主要问题.
