| Abstract: | For the impoverished undergraduates after graduation, most of them work in the small and medium-sized private enterprises. Personal economic conditions have improved significantly. Their overall quality level had a great influence on employment and development. Strengthen the spiritual support and help to improve their comprehensive quality will be conducive to promote their employment competitiveness and sustainable development in the future. |
