| 摘 要： | 对于中外学术界长期争论的图书馆员教师属性问题,文章认为高校图书馆员是一复合角色,从职业角度讲,高校馆员不是教师,而复合角色之一是具有教师性角色,所以高校馆员又是教师,高校馆员应履行自己的教育教学职责和义务。文章论述了高校馆员教师角色形成的依据。
