| 摘 要： | 随着各省、自治区、直辖市大学生村官计划的全面铺开，构建大学生村官长效机制，保证大学生长期扎根农村、服务于社会主义新农村建设已成为大学生村官工作的核心。高校承担着培养大学生村官的重任，要从长期性和稳定性角度深入思考大学生村官的培养模式，为广大农村地区输送合格的大学生村官，推动农村各项事业的发展。

| Abstract: | With the plan for college village officials spreading to the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, the establishment of the long-term mechanism for college village officials is to ensure that their stay in rural areas for a long time and serve for the building of new countryside, which has become the core of the work for college village officials. Colleges and universities have taken the responsibility for cultivating college village officials, so they should consider its training model based on stability, so that qualified college village officials can be transferred to the rural areas to promote rural development. |
