| 摘 要： | 为了增强学生对铅球动作的认识,提高身体素质,从心理学表象原理及过程出发,通过表象法与常规教学法进行教学对比,表象教学法能加深学生对铅球技术动作的理解,激发和引导学生思维,使想和练结合起来,形成完整的认识过程,提高教学效果.
