| 摘 要： | 近年来，业务流程再造和企业信息化成为众多企业变革、创新的焦点。随着信息化程度埋渐的加深，企业开始意识到，在原有的业务流程和管理模式下应用先进的信息技术，并不能充分发挥信息技术的真正优势，达到预期的改革目标。企业信息化的建设必须要与业务流程再造相结合。并且，业务流程再造原本就是企业信息化的内在要求。

| Abstract: | In recent years, reconstruction of business flow and enterprises' informatization has become the focus for enterprises' reform and innovation. As informatization is gradually deepened, enterprises have begun to realize that application of advanced information technology under the original business flow and management modes cannot employ superiorities of information technology and cannot reach the expectant goal. Therefore, the construction of enterprises' informtization must be combined with reconstruction of business flow. |
