| 摘 要： | 校园选址规划建设是学校总体建设的主要组成部分，近年来，高校校园选址规划建设存在校园选址欠妥、不注重土地使用效益、功能分区不合理等问题。解决这些问题的对策主要是坚持以人为本，贯彻“适用”、“经济”、“美观”的方针进行科学选址、合理规划，既尊重总体规划又不断完善总体规划，走可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Planning and building campus are the main parts of a university's genetal conotruction.In recen years,the problems existing in building campus are:lacking in cautious considetation in choosing loction,in benefit of using land,and in functional distribution,etc.The countermeasures to solve these problems are to insist on the polocy of putting man's need in the first place.In the aspects of scientific choosing location and reasonable planning,the practical,economical and beautiful policy must be carried out.In conerete construction,the general plan must be respected and perfected as well.Thus,the way to sustainable development will be realiaed. |
