| 摘 要： | 邓小平关于新时期法制建设战略地位的论述很多,其中最明确、最重要的就是关于"两手抓"的思想."两手抓"的法制建设思想非常丰富,主要包括:一手抓民主建设,一手抓法制建设;一手抓改革开放,一手抓惩治腐败;一手抓改革开放,一手抓打击犯罪;一手抓精神文明,一手抓法制建设.这一思想大大促进了我国社会主义法制建设.

| Abstract: | DENG Xiao-ping the theories concerning new and period legal system developments is very abundant, among them and most clear and definite, most of is concerning the legal system thought that " two grasp".But legal system thought that " two grasp" is a DENG Xiao-ping's legal system one of the core contentses that thought, and concentrate now the " basing on the people".DENG Xiao-ping's " two grasp" of legal system thought, primarily include below contents: The one hand grasps democracy developments, one hand to grasp legal system developments; The one hand grasps to reform to open, and the one hand grasp the punishment the corruption; The one hand grasps to reform to open, and the one hand grasp to attack crime;The one hand grasps the spiritual civilization, one hand to grasp legal system developments, and consumedly promoted the our country the socialism legal system developments, and by the root guaranteed the realizing of biggest benefits that people do ever had. |
