摘    要:在杂交水稻汕优63始稳期,用15mmol/LCa(2 =)喷施叶面,能增加抽穗结实期间主茎旗叶的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量,提高超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性.降低丙二醛(MDA)含量.延缓叶片衰老;同时,Ca(2 )能增加主德的实位数、结实串和千粒重,从而提高谷产量.

Abstract:The leaves of hybtid rice cv. Shangyou 63 were spraed with 15 mmol/L Ca2 at the 0primary heading stage. The contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein, and the activity ofsuperoxide dismutase(SOD) could be increased by the Ca2 , and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was decreased by the Ca2 in the flag leaves which were at heading and grain formation stage on main culms. Leaf senescence was marked postponed. In the meantime, filled grains,Percentage of seedset, 1000 grain weight and the grain yield of main panicles were raised by the use of Ca2 .
