| 摘 要： | 本研究以城镇教师为总体,对某市251位教师开展了主观幸福感现状调查。采用邢占军编制的《中国城市居民主观幸福感量表(简本)》,调查中除了验证常见人口变量对教师主观幸福感的影响,还考察了住房面积、月收入、职称、教龄这些反应教师日常生活和工作情况的指标与主观幸福感的关系,结果发现:该地区城市任课教师的主观幸福感显著低于全国城镇居民一般值;教师主观幸福感正相关于住房面积(P<0.01);教师的婚姻状况、所在学校、薪酬、住房面积变量能预测主观幸福感的水平与变动趋势。提升教师幸福感,以教师成长促进学校的发展,应首先改善教师日常生活条件,建立与教师人力资本特征相符合的薪酬制度,组建创新科研团队推动青年教师的科研能力成长,实行人性化的快乐管理。

| Abstract: | We made an investigation on the subjective well-being(SWB) of teachers in elementary school,high school and universities.Compared with the SWB of Chinese residents who live in town,the statistics show that the SWB of teachers who live in cities of Henan province is significantly lower.The correlation between teachers' SWB and dwelling area is notably positive(P<0.01).SWB can be forecasted by the teachers' marital status,school,salary and dwelling area.Schools and relevant parties should improve the housing ... |
