| 摘 要： | 在新型城镇化、健康中国、全民健身等国家战略背景下，体育特色小镇作为体育产业跨界融合的新载体，体现了"大体育、大健康、大旅游"等理念。建设体育特色小镇是经济新常态背景下发展体育产业的一个新亮点，对于推进体育产业供给侧改革、促进体育产业转型升级、脱贫攻坚等都具有重要作用。以浙江省绍兴市的柯桥酷玩小镇为例，研究体育特色小镇的基本概况、建设特色与成效。培育体育特色小镇需要坚持统筹规划，加强制度创新、围绕体育产业，形成产业集聚和促进产业融合、以市场为主导，运用市场化方式配置资源要素、树立绿色理念，改善生态环境和打造宜居环境。

| Abstract: | Under the background of new urbanization, building healthy China, national fitness and other national strategies, sports resort town embodies the ideas of "nation-wide sports, nation-wide health, and nationwide tourism" as a new carrier of the integration of cross-industry sports industry, a new highlight of economic new norm, playing an important role in promoting sports industry supply-side structural reform and sports industrial transformation and upgrading. Keqiao Kuwan town in Shaoxing city, Zhejiang province is a good case for studying basic situation, characteristics and achievements of sports resort town. To develop sports resort town, the overall planning and institutional innovation should be strengthened to form industrial agglomeration and promote industrial integration, market-orientation, resource allocation, improve ecological environment improvement and livable surrounding building. |
