| 摘 要： | 以产业并购理论为基础，以中国资本并购欧洲足球俱乐部的动因为出发点，探讨中国资本海外并购欧洲足球产业的目的和意义，并针对运行过程中存在的问题，提出相关的建议。在财税、金融和商贸等方面给予全方位的政策支持，为中国体育产业的海外并购提供理论借鉴与指导。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of industry merger and acquisition, the significance, problems and countermeasures of China's capital related to overseas merger and acquisition in European football industry were analyzed. It is important that fiscal, financial and business policies should be supportive for the merger and acquisition. |
