| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会经济建设的迅速发展及就业市场的激烈竞争,社会对大学生的就业能力提出了新的标准和要求。为了更好地适应这种新的变化,在对大学生进行专业知识传授的同时,要采取开设"实践课堂"等多种形式,培养和拓宽大学生的就业能力。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of social and economic development in our country and the intense competition in employment market,the society has raised new standards and requirements for university students' competence for employment.In order to better adapt ourselves to the new changes,we should not only impart professional knowledge to students,but at the same time,adopt various ways like organizing"practical class" to train and broaden students' competence for employment.This has become an important research task in education of universities and college. |
