| 摘 要： | 以我国优秀男子撑杆跳高运动员在助跑起跳阶段速度利用率的研究为出发点,通过专家访谈了解该项目运动员在助跑时对于器械的控制能力、助跑可控速度的能力等专项能力的现状;采用实验测量的研究方法,对我国优秀男子撑杆跳高运动员杨雁盛、刘飞亮在助跑起跳阶段速度的利用率进行分析,得出相关的数据,以期更好地为教练员指导训练提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the velocity utilization rate in run-up and takeoff of Chinese elite men’s pole vaulters,the authors learned about vaulters’ device control ability and speed control ability in run-up through expert interview.With experimental measurement method,the authors analyzed the velocity utilization rate of Yang Yansheng and Liu Feiliang,Chinese elite men’s pole vaulters,and got relevant data with view to provide theoretical reference for coaches. |
