| 摘 要： | 导师制要适应校企合作的需要，通过对导师的细分，发挥导师特长，建立起生活型、科研型、创业型、企业型等多类型导师制，有利于学生确立个性化的成才目标，有利于加强高校学生思想政治教育工作，也有利于提高高等教育的整体质量，使得高校在人才培养过程中与企业实际需求紧密结合在一起。

| Abstract: | The tutorial system should adapt to the needs of university-enterprise cooperation. Through a detailed classification of tutors, the specialties of tutors are given full play and a diversified tutorial system integrating living, scientific research, entrepreneurship and enterprises is constructed. This system is conducive to the determination of students＇ individualized development objectives, the strengthening of university ideological and political education, the improvement of the overall quality of higher education, and the close connection of university talent cultivation with the actual needs of enterprises. |
