| Abstract: | Based on the talent cultivation in School of Electronics and Information Engineering of Tianjin Polytechnic University, this paper elaborates the important role of the existing science and technology competitions for innovative talent training. Combining with students＇ practical participation in science and technology competitions and the accumulated experience, this paper analyzes effective ways of cultivating innovative talents through science and technology competitions. |
