摘    要:高职院校的学生有其自身的特质,所以高职院校的班主任工作也与其他本科院校的不尽相同。从"学生自我管理为主,教师管理为辅;班委直接管理为主,教师协助为辅;学生学习实践为主,教师铺设平台为辅;学生自我总结为主,教师点评为辅"四个方面入手,探索了以"学生为主,教师为辅"的高职院校班级管理工作模式。

Abstract:As students in higher vocational colleges have their own special characteristics,the working methods of their class advisors appear quite different from those in undergraduate universities.This paper following explores the management mode of "students primarily,teachers auxiliary" from the four aspects: "students’ self-management primary,teachers’ management auxiliary;direct class committees’ management primary,teachers’ assistant auxiliary;students’ practice primary,teachers’ platform auxiliary;students’ self-summary primary,teachers’ comment auxiliary".
