| 摘 要： | 通过分析高职院校专业图书馆管理模式的现状,提出了高职院校专业图书馆要建立开放式的管理模式,建立以用户为中心的管理和服务模式,优化重组管理机构,推行适应专业图书馆发展的人才管理模式,构建适应高职院校专业图书馆发展的管理模式。

| Abstract: | In light of analysis of the status of the management mode of professional library in vocational colleges,the article argues that the library in vocational colleges should build open management mode and user-oriented management and service mode,optimize and reconstruct administrative agencies,implement the management mode of the human resources in conformity with professional library development and finally construct the management mode in line with professional library development in vocational colleges. |
