| 摘 要： | 管理是粘合生产力要素的重要条件,是现代社会生存和发展的重要条件,而人是管理各要素中最根本的要素。人是管理的核心,提高管理质量和效率需要调动人的积极性、主动性、创造性,建立和谐的人际关系。因此,本文意在探讨和研究高校教师的人性化管理问题,以优化传统的管理模式。

Human is the core of management, we should inspire human's creativity, initiativity, activity to improve the quality and efficiency of management. Therefore, this essay mainly probes into and researches the humanity management of college teachers, by which to perfect the traditional management pattern. |
