| 摘 要： | 班主任工作是繁杂而又重要的工作。如何作好班主任工作,每个人都有自己的具体方法,笔者认为,必须针对当前学生的思想实际,晓之以理,动之以情,在正面疏导中转变学生的思想;对学生进行素质教育,在教育过程中,要讲究工作艺术。

| Abstract: | The masters' work is miscellaneous but very important.Everybody may have his own concrete methods as to be a master.In the authors opinion,we must,in accordance with our students actual thoughts,instill in their minds the bows and whys and move them by attachments;we must remove their thinking obstructions with positive and ability-oriented education;and we must strive for the working art during our teaching process |
