| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展和法律制度的逐渐完善，全球罢工的整体趋势趋于下降。然而近年来，罢工的次数有所增加。本文将以英国和德国的罢工为研究对象，从经济、政治以及工业关系方面简析罢工频率波动的原因。由此希望中国的学者对于西方世界罢工的规律有基本的了解。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and the improvement of the law,the overall trend of strike activity has declined. Based on the analysis of situation in Britain and Germany,the emphasis of this essay will determine variations in the strike. And then three main explanations account for this trend will be given, such as economic environment, political environment, and industrial relations environment. Through these examination and investigation, a brief understanding about strikes in Western countries will be provided to Chinese scholars. |
