| 摘 要： | 航空工业企业作为典型的知识密集型企业,知识集成的水平就成为衡量其发展的重要标志.在研究了国内外相关文献的基础上,结合航空工业企业的特征,提出了影响航空工业企业知识集成的四个维度因素的假设,通过对陕西省航空工业企业的实地调研,并运用探索性因子分析对假设的影响因素模型进行了修正并进而给出了提高航空工业企业知识集成水平的政策建议.
