| 摘 要： | 针对高职学生目前对创业以及创业教育认识的现状,应在强化创业意识、构建合理的创业知识结构;加强心理素质、塑造良好的创业品质等方面进行教育。高职院校实施创业教育的方案是,依托校园文化建设,营造一种有利于创新人才培养的文化氛围;以课程改革为契机,建立开放的创业教育课程体系;以校企合作为平台,丰富创业教育的实践体系;依托师资培训,建设一支＂双师素质＂的创业教育师资队伍。
