自主教学模式在普通高校健美操教学中的实践探索

摘    要:普通高校体育教学改革的不断深入,对普通高校健美操教学提出了更高的要求。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,对普通高校健美操"自主教学模式"进行实践探索。结果表明:健美操"自主教学模式"相对于传统教学模式更有利于提高学生学习兴趣和主动性;有利于增强学生的自信心;有利于培养学生审美能力、创新能力和实践能力;有利于树立以学生发展为主体的课程观。

Abstract:With the ordinary college physical education teaching reform unceasingly thorough,the College Aerobics Teaching has put forward higher requirements.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,the calisthenics in Ordinary Colleges and universities "autonomous teaching mode" of practice and exploration.The results show that the aerobics "autonomous teaching mode" in contrast to the traditional teaching mode to improve students’ learning interest and initiative,improve the students’ self-confidence,cultivate students’ aesthetic ability,innovation ability and practice ability,helps establish the student-centered curriculum view.
